"Plan B" brings to your organization the following:

How does it work? 

After purchasing a package, we'll contact you to discuss the necessary items that will go into the Office Emergency Plan and offer a quote. We will also start building out your Office Emergency Kit to get headed your way. We' will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a day for our team to come out and teach the training sessions.*

  • The Active Shooter + Stop The Bleed Course runs about 90 minutes. What makes this course different than other course of the same subject is we go over not just the response to this event, but things to do beforehand and what the recovery process will be. We also incorporate life-saving training for staff in how to stop bleeding caused by traumatic injuries.

  • Crisis Leadership course for managers is 2 hours long. It teaches techniques on how to effectively organize and manage a crisis or disaster that affects the organization, the psychological impacts of surviving a disaster are, and how to train yourself and your employees to be resilient.

  • Tabletop training sessions are a chance for key personnel assigned to respond to a disaster to discuss in a non-threatening, non-critical environment various strategies for response, communication, decision making, and recovery in a simulated disaster. An after- action report will also be compiled and distributed to all participants.

  • Business Continuity Plans establish key departments within an organization that are critical to the organization's operation. Examples of these are IT, Payroll, Manufacturing, HR, etc. Once they are identified, work goes into making sure these departments have redundancies built in, equipment and personnel are safeguarded, and other means to ensure that they stay up and running.

  • A hurricane is expected in the next 4 days? An Ice Storm is forecast to hit your area in 2 days? An earthquake just occurred? A Terrorist event struck at or near your business? No matter the incident, "Plan B" gives you virtual access to a Ready Northwest Emergency Manager who will be able to provide oversight, guidance, and assistance during your response and recovery phase.
